Four of the properties provide adapted accommodation for those requiring wheelchair access or support of an overnight carer with functional kitchens incorporating rise and fall worktops and lowered sinks to enable independence, self-sufficiency and accessibility.

Shoreline director of operations Mark Jones said: “We’re delighted to be offering more first-class affordable properties at high-quality developments in a wide variety of locations.

“Not only does this help us meet demand for properties but it provides more housing options for local residents – both people who want affordable rent without having to save a deposit or pay admin fees and people who are struggling to get a foot on the property ladder.”

As recently reported, the first of a two-step process has approved the merger of Shoreline with Lincolnshire housing provider Boston Mayflower – a move which will see the provision of an additional 60 new homes within Lincolnshire each year.

The new shared ownership rental properties will be advertised at from Wednesday.

Local eligibility criteria may apply.

The further 24 Shoreline homes at The Maples will be completed between now and the end of 2019.
