Here’s how our mortgage advice service works…
1. Free Mortgage Consultation
We offer all customers free mortgage consultations, however many you require. We don’t hide any fees we are completely upfront and when you are ready to proceed we’ll agree on a fee based on the work that is involved in your particular case. This fee will only be payable when we get you your mortgage offer and if we can’t help you or you choose not to proceed with our recommendation then there will be nothing to pay.
2. Speed of Service
We can work as quickly as you need. We’ll always take your calls and return your messages. Responsive is our middle name!
3. Your Dedicated Mortgage Advisor
It can be a daunting process of purchasing a home or committing to a remortgage. We will be by your side every step of the way ready to answer any questions that you may have. 8am – 10pm 7 days.
4. Agreement in Principle Certificate
Following our consultation, we will make a recommendation. Your dedicated mortgage advisor will check that you are happy to proceed. We will then be able to get your mortgage agreement in principle certificate for you which will back up any offers you make. We will then provide you with a list of documents which will be required before we can submit your full mortgage application.
5. Keeping You Protected
We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and are part of the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) and the Financial Service Compensation Scheme (FSCS). We can also recommend you with suitable life, critical illness and income protection insurance to ensure that you are covered against any unforeseen events such as being unable to work.
